XPENG Thailand, under Millennium Group Corporation (Asia) or MGC-ASIA, a leading importer and distributor of intelligent electric vehicles, made a grand statement at the 46th Bangkok Motor Show (March 26 – April 6, 2025). Showcasing a visionary future of intelligent driving, the company unveiled the X9 Premium, a new variant of its ultra-smart sporty electric van, designed to meet the needs of customers seeking versatile cabin space at a more accessible starting price of ฿2,399,000. Also featured were exclusive offers for the XPENG G6.

Turing AI Chip – The Future of Autonomous Driving Power 

At the event, XPENG introduced the Turing AI Chip, featuring a 40-core processor designed for true Level 4 autonomous driving. It can process 30 billion parameters without relying on the cloud, increasing communication bandwidth by 33 times and enhancing image processing speed by 12 times. This chip is three times more powerful than three NVIDIA Orin-X chips combined. XPENG plans to launch the Ultra model, utilizing multiple Turing Chips with a combined processing power of 3,000 TOPS, paving the way for the future of EVs, robotics, and flying vehicles. This innovation aligns with the concept of “One Architecture, Unlimited Technology.”

In addition to showcasing cutting-edge technology, XPENG highlighted the XPENG X9, its ultra-smart sporty electric van. Since its launch late last year, the model has received over 700 reservations. The first 300 right-hand drive units in the world have already been delivered to customers, with growing demand pushing deliveries for some customers into June.

X9 – Ultra Smart Coupe MPV

The XPENG X9 stands out with its 800V SiC Battery Architecture and SEPA2.0 body structure, inspired by spacecraft designs (Starship). It offers a spacious cabin with up to 7.7 square meters of usable space. The third-row seats can fold flat electrically, allowing a flexible configuration of 4 or 7 seats. It includes a 21.4-inch display, immersive Xopera 23-speaker sound system, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chipset, and a 4-wheel automatic steering system with a turning radius of just 5.4 meters, ensuring unparalleled agility. Additionally, the dual-chamber air suspension adjusts height and damping for maximum convenience and comfort.

XPENG X9 Variants and Pricing: 

– X9 Luxury (฿2,749,000): Features premium Nappa leather Zero-gravity seats, second-row seats with 18-way electronic adjustment, 50W wireless charging, 800V NCM battery with a 101kWh capacity, up to 690km range (NEDC Standard), and fast charging at 317kW.

– X9 Premium (฿2,399,000): The new versatile variant includes “Walkthrough Access,” premium leather seats, second-row seats with 10-way electronic adjustment, 800V LFP battery with an 84kWh capacity, up to 580km range (NEDC Standard), and fast charging at 283kW.

Interested customers can reserve either X9 variant and enjoy special offers during the event or at dealerships nationwide. Deliveries begin in April.
